ELEVATING A BOSTON HILLTOP RESIDENCE
AVDG partnered with architects Chris Pagliaro and John Stefanon to design and build a spectacular 10,000-square-foot residence located just 15 miles west of downtown Boston.
PROJECT SCOPE
The project involved the meticulous design and integration of audiovisual solutions to meet the specific lifestyle needs of the client. AVDG's expertise was instrumental in ensuring that technology seamlessly blended into the client's day-to-day activities, hosting events, and guest experiences.
MEDIA INTEGRATION
AVDG worked closely with architect Chris Pagliaro to seamlessly incorporate displays into the luxurious natural stone elements of the fireplaces. This integration maintained the aesthetic integrity of the design, allowing the fireplaces to remain a focal point of the residence.
THEATER EXPERIENCE
The dedicated theater space featured a 4K Ultra-HD Sony video projector and a 153" Diagonal Display Technology video screen. Bowers & Wilkins audio, integrated into a Crestron system, delivered an immersive cinematic experience.
FANSUITE ENTERTAINMENT AREA
Equipped with five Ultra-HD LED displays, Sonos speakers, and custom-programmed scenes, the fansuite offered tailored entertainment experiences for various events and viewing preferences.
DYNAMIC LIGHTING SOLUTIONS
Designer, custom, and dynamic lighting solutions were integrated throughout the residence, adding sophistication and luxury to the ambiance. The lighting elements were seamlessly controlled through Lutron's HomeWorks system.
