The Objective

Create a modern, scalable AV environment that could support the different ways Vizient’s teams meet, collaborate, and train.

The renovated workplace needed to provide an intuitive and consistent user experience across conference rooms, huddle spaces, and training environments while also supporting more advanced functionality in larger and divisible spaces. Microsoft Teams Rooms technology would serve as the foundation, helping simplify collaboration for both in-room and remote participants.

Our Solution

AVDG delivered a comprehensive audiovisual expansion across 19 spaces, providing engineering, programming, installation, integration, commissioning, testing, quality assurance, and user training.

• Conference and huddle room AV

• Professional conferencing cameras

• Microphones and speakers

• Displays and digital signage

• Touch-control interfaces

• Centralized AV infrastructure

• Reinstallation and integration of reusable existing equipment

As part of the renovation, AVDG carefully de-installed and inventoried Vizient’s existing AV technology, evaluating equipment for reuse and incorporating appropriate systems into the new design. This approach helped maximize Vizient’s previous technology investment while establishing a more standardized workplace environment.

The Result

The completed AV expansion gives Vizient a modern, flexible, and scalable workplace technology environment built around collaboration.

Employees now have a more consistent experience from room to room, with intuitive Microsoft Teams functionality supporting everyday meetings as well as larger training and collaborative sessions. By combining new technology with the strategic reuse of existing equipment, AVDG delivered a reliable AV infrastructure designed to evolve alongside Vizient’s future workplace needs.
